Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she gave up gymnastics. The Pro Card was awarded a year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. She won her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from stage work following the award of her Pro card in order to finish college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years setting up new goals. In 2009, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished in third place. In June of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with her performance. The competition was among the best. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with the machine along with bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving on to working sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
